No. For a stay of under 90 days, Moroccan nationals do not need a visa to enter Malaysia. The exemption covers tourism, visiting relatives, and most short business trips (meetings, seminars, conferences, prospecting). In practice, you present your passport on arrival and the immigration officer stamps a social visit pass. No fee is charged at entry: crossing the border for tourism is free. The exemption applies to Peninsular Malaysia as well as Sabah and Sarawak.

It is a digital arrival card that every foreign traveller must complete online before boarding. It is submitted on the official Malaysian Immigration portal, within 3 days before arrival.

The 90-day exemption allows no paid activity. A Moroccan who lands a job in Malaysia must obtain an Employment Pass, sponsored and funded by the Malaysian employer: the application costs RM 2,160, plus RM 200 per year of validity. The details are in our visas and work permits guide.
